Pastor Anthony Hardman:

Faithful!

Clara Hardman:
Pastor Anthony's wife and the one and only love of his life. A quiet servant leader who plays a vital role behind the scenes in intercessory prayer and as a faithful "Help Mate" to Pastor Anthony. Clara is gifted in listening and relating to the youth with understanding and compassion. The leadership quality I most appreciate in my wife is her connectedness: My wife is considerate and accepting, giving others comfort in Christ of a purpose beyond our limited perspective.

But as it is, God arranged the members in the body; each one of them, as he chose. If all were a single member; where would the body be? As it is, there are many members, yet one body. The eye cannot say to the hand, "I have no need of you," nor again the head to the feet, "I have no need of you."... If one member suffers, all suffer together with it; if one member is honored, all rejoice together with it. Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it

(1 Cor.12.18-21, 26-27).

Bruce Jupia:

A musical master mind! Bruce leads the worship team with excellence, deep and sincere passionate worship.  Bruce lives destined for greatness.  Bruce's focus is powerful because it enables him to filter.  He has the ability to evaluate whether or not a particular action will help him move toward his goal.  Very efficient.  Extremely valuable team member!  Able to bring others on the main road.  The leadership quality I most appreciate in Bruce is his Focus: Keeps everyone in the band on point, now that's Relevant.

Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (Hebrews 12.1-2).

Rebecca Pesina :

I would describe Rebecca as enthusiastic!  Always generous with praise, quick to smile, and always on the lookout for the positive in the situation. She has a true love and desire to see girls discipled for Christ. She serves as a teacher at Relevant. People want to be around Rebecca. She's out of the box. Thinks differently and is self described as radical.  Rebecca finds a way to lighten others spirits. She always finds a way to make everything more exciting and more vital. Her mentality is that it's good to be alive, work can be fun, and no matter the setbacks, one must never lose one's sense of humor.

The leadership quality I most appreciate in Rebecca is her positivity: enthusiastic, brings excitement and loves her girls.

Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

(1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)

Avery Jones :

If I had to describe Avery in one word it would be funny and easy to be around. Has depth, and a richness of experience.  Truly evangelistic at heart with a desire to develop young men of God. Avery has the ability to find the best route. Avery has a distinct way of thinking. His perspective allows him to see patterns where others might see complexity.  Mindful of these patterns, Avery plays out the alternative scenarios, always asking, "What if this happened? Okay, well what if this happened?" This recuring question helps Avery to see around the next corner. Avery is on the path that leads somewhere.

Avery is very strategic: Armed with his strategy Avery strikes forward. Strategic in evangelism will help us all ask the question "What if?" Select. Strike.

Now as you excel in everything - in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in utmost eagerness, and in our love for you - so we want you to excel also in this generous undertaking (2 Corinthians 8.7).

Miss Yvonne:

Where do I begin? Dedicated, committed, faithful, stern, and has served behind the scenes as the Worship dance leader and Relevant snack shop organizer. Miss Yvonne is gifted and often is used of God to speak to the youth through God's Holy Word.

The leadership quality I highlight in Miss Yvonne is consistency: Miss Yvonne always treats everyone the same. Miss Yvonne serves as a guardian against partiality and favoritism. Students adapt best in a consistent environment and Miss Yvonne assures the rules are clear and are applied to everyone equally. In Miss Yvonne's presence everyone knows what is expected - "to walk in Christ."

My brethren, do not hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with partiality.

8 If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well; 9 but if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors

(James 2.1, 8-9).

Eno Ettang:

Very committed! Eno has taken ownership of the middle school girls discipleship and has followed through with the girls.  Eno desires to see completion in the girls and has a strong emotional investment in the girls. Simply put she does things right. Utterly dependable.

The leaderhsip quality I appreciate most about Mrs. Eno is her responsibility: She lives her faith and as a result the girls are growing and maturing. Mrs. Eno is strong, solid, mature and full of love and understanding towards the girls.  She has faithfully served in discipleship for the past 5 years.  Mrs. Eno is precious and a rarity. Motherly, caring and a pleasure serve alongside.

A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches,  Loving favor rather than silver and gold. (Proverbs 22:1)
