Pastor Anthony Hardman:
Faithful Servant! |

|
 |
Clara Hardman:
Pastor Anthony's wife and the one and only love of his life. A quiet servant leader who plays a vital role behind the scenes in intercessory prayer and as a faithful "Help Mate" to Pastor Anthony. Clara is gifted in listening and relating to the youth with understanding and compassion. The leadership quality I most appreciate in my wife is her connectedness: My wife is considerate and accepting, giving others comfort in Christ of a purpose beyond our limited perspective. |
18 But as it is, God arranged the members in the body; each one of them, as he chose. If all were a single member; where would the body be? As it is, there are many members, yet one body. The eye cannot say to the hand, "I have no need of you," nor again the head to the feet, "I have no need of you."... If one member suffers, all suffer together with it; if one member is honored, all rejoice together with it. Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it
(1 Cor.12.18-21, 26-27). |

Aaron Goldenberg:
One of several artistic and inspired young adult leaders who compose a team of Relevant Fine Arts Drama leaders. Aaron faithfully ministers on the worship team and has a strong gift of teaching which he utilizes through teaching discipleship classes. The leadership quality I would like to highlight in Aaron as a leader is responsibility: Aaron takes ownership, and is committed to stable values such as honesty and loyalty. Aaron has an extremely bright and radiant future. |
So the president and the satraps tried to find grounds for complaint against Daniel in connection with the kingdom. But they could find no grounds for complaint or any corruption, because he was faithful, and no negligence or corruption could be found in him (Daniel 6.4). |
 |
Stefenie Lopez:
Motherly, sensitive, a nurturer and a faithful encourager. The final component of the Relevant Drama team leadership. Stefenie is big sister of Relevant. Stefenie provides balance to any group and is a decisive thinker but cautious in her leadership. Stefenie is very in tune with Relevant and serves as a motherly influence.
The leadership quality I would like to recognize in Stefenie is woo: Woo stands for winning others over. Stef is rarely at a loss for words, she actually enjoys initiating with strangers to Relevant because she derives satisfaction from breaking the ice and making a connection. |
Conduct yourselves wisely toward outsiders, making the most of the time
(Colossians 4.5). |

|
Jenessa Lopez:
I appreciate Jenessa! She exemplifies a quiet and Godly character. Very reserved and has a keen sense of God and His direction. Jenessa has a teaching gift which she utilizes in teaching discipleship classes and small groups. Jenessa is faithful, loyal and centered in God. She is learning to use her gifts and growing into a well rounded servant leader.
The leadership quality I cherish in Jenessa is her deliberative approach. Life is something of a mine field. Others can run through it recklessly if they so choose, but Jenessa takes a different approach. Jenessa walks with care.

28 “For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it— 29 “lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, 30 “saying, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish (Luke 14.28-30)." |

Rod Mcfadden:
Motivator, Influencer, Watchman, Advisor/ Counselor to Pastor Anthony, Stomp Team founder and facilitator, Faithful father, husband and man of God. Mr. Rod is the safe guard of Relevant and is instrumental in planning and organizing along side of Pastor Anthony. Mr. Rod is passionate & faithful in seeing the youth of Relevant make it through with genuine and practical faith.
The leadership quality I appreciate in Mr. Rod is his maximization: Mr. Rod strives for excellence in all he sets his heart to accomplish. When Mr. Rod sees potential and strength in a youth he is compelled to nurture it, refine it, and stretch it towards excellence. |
Now as you excel in everything - in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in utmost eagerness, and in our love for you - so we want you to excel also in this generous undertaking (2 Corinthians 8.7). |

|
Lisa McFadden:
The mother of Relevant! Full of love and motherly guidance for the leaders and students. Always willing to help and serve when ever and where ever ministry calls. Mrs. Lisa is faithful and committed. Mrs. Lisa organizes and oversees the fundraising for Relevant with a group of committed and devoted parent's.
The leadership quality I would like to highlight in Mrs. Lisa is arranger: Mrs. Lisa is known for simply trying to figure out the best way to get things done. Or better described as effective flexibility! Mrs. Lisa is always looking for the perfect configuration. |
Without counsel, plans go wrong, but with many advisors they succeed (Proverbs 15.22). |

|
Miss Yvonne:
Where do I begin? Dedicated, committed, faithful, stern, and has served behind the scenes as the Worship dance leader and Relevant snack shop organizer. Miss Yvonne is gifted and often is used of God to speak to the youth through God's Holy Word.
The leadership quality I highlight in Miss Yvonne is consistency: Miss Yvonne always treats everyone the same. Miss Yvonne serves as a guardian against partiality and favoritism. Students adapt best in a consistent environment and Miss Yvonne assures the rules are clear and are applied to everyone equally. In Miss Yvonne's presence everyone knows what is expected - "to walk in Christ."
|
My brethren, do not hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with partiality.
8 If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well; 9 but if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors
(James 2.1, 8-9).

Heytham Al-Rabeah:
Heytham can be classified as genuinely unique and a true individual. When I first came in contact with Heytham I was drawn to become his friend. Heytham took over the College group for Grace and has done a steady job of discipleship. Heytham is sensitive to God's prompting's and has displayed a true heart of conversion and worship. He is an active part of the worship team. I enjoy Heytham because he is easy to be around and as I listen to him in our "face to face encounters" I always walk away with a greater measure of understanding and grace.
The leadership quality I rely on from Heytham is his context: or his accurate account of the past in light of the present move of God. Hetham often refers back to understand the present. From Heytham's vantage point in times past the present seemed unstable, a confusing clamor of competing voices. Less disoriented, Heytham has grown in grace and hearing one voice. Heytham is learning to discipline himself to ask the proper questions allowing the blueprints to emerge no matter what the situation, because the blueprints promote confidence and better decision making. Heytham will advance and influence many. |
9 Only, be on guard for yourself and keep your soul carefully, that you do not forget the things which your eyes have seen; and that they not depart from your heart all the days of your life. And you shall make them known to your sons, and to your sons' sons.
10 The day that you stood before Jehovah your God in Horeb, when Jehovah said to me, Gather the people to Me, and I will make them hear My Words, that they may learn to fear Me all the days that they live on the earth; and that they may teach their sons (Deuteronomy 4.9-10). |

Shelly McKnight:
Strong, sensitive, and an enthusiastic teacher and learner of truth. Probably the most underutilized person in the entire church. I can't afford to repay Mrs. Shelly for her faithful devotion to teaching and building young ladies. She constantly exudes joy and happiness and hope to all who cross her path. This is just the beginning for Mrs. Shelly as I believe she will touch millions of young ladies for Christ with her refreshing outlook and genuine love for the truth.
The leadership quality most radiant in Mrs. Shelly is her learner/teacher emphasis: with the special ability to make the scriptures come alive for the girls speaking with humor and clarity. Mrs. Shelly loves to learn and teach. Mrs. Shelly is drawn to the process of learning and sharing what she has learned. I believe Mrs. Shelly is energized by the steady and deliberate journey of the youth from a lack of knowledge to competence. |
14 But you keep on in what you learned and were assured of, knowing from whom you learned, 15 and that from a babe you know the Holy Scriptures, those being able to make you wise to salvation through belief in Christ Jesus.
16 All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
17 so that the man of God may be perfected, being fully furnished for every good work (2 Timothy 3.14-17).
10 For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of Jehovah, and to do it, and to teach statutes and judgments in Israel (Ezra 7:10).
